About Dr. Villa
Dr. Villa’s goal is to improve and maintain your overall health and to empower you with an understanding of your condition and wellness plan. Her comprehensive integrative approach draws on her breadth of knowledge and the most current information available from both allopathic and naturopathic medicine.
Villa practices general family medicine, emphasizing endocrine and metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus type 2, lipid disorders, and thyroid disorders. She also participated in a year-long fertility mentorship with Dr. Jaclyn Chasse. Dr. Villa acknowledges that fertility rates are reaching a record low and understands the cost associated with traditional fertility treatments. Her approach investigates the root cause: poor egg/sperm quality, hormone imbalance, inflammation, etc. She believes some of the best news she can hear from a patient is they are pregnant.

Dr. Villa is a Tucson native and graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her favorite thing about living in the Southwest is the weather. However, her love for the desert has always kept her close! Before attending naturopathic medical school, she graduated from Arizona State University, where she earned a B.S. in Nutrition. She has a passion for using food as medicine, which led her to pursue a certificate in the culinary arts, allowing her to help patients make dietary changes.
